These Terms of Use (these "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website (the "Site") owned or operated by LATITUDE INVESTMENTS S.A. – SOCIEDAD ADMINISTRADORA DE FONDOS DE INVERSIÓN and its affiliates (collectively, "LATITUDE"), each of which is linked to these Terms, as well as your use of any content and information available on or through the Site. BY USING THE SITE, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site and stop using all information and materials obtained through the Site. "You" refers to any person, company, or legal entity that accesses and uses the Site, and to any officer, director, partner, staff, employees, agents, or contractors who use the site through that company or legal entity, whether or not such use is authorized. "We" or "us" refers to LATITUDE.

Site and Terms Updates

LATITUDE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove all or parts of the Site or these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to comply with these or future Terms, do not access or use (or continue accessing or using) the Site. You agree that we may use any information we obtain about you through the Site in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy. These Terms incorporate by reference the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy.

LATITUDE has not reviewed any of the sites linked to this Site and is not responsible for the content of external pages or any other site linked to or from the Site. Your linking to external pages or other sites is at your own risk.

The Site and all its content, including but not limited to: documents, videos, graphics, information, statistics, as well as trade names, trademarks, logos, graphic lines, and other distinctive signs, are the property of LATITUDE or the company contracted as a provider for the operation of the Site, and the visitor may not claim, under any circumstances, rights over them. Such rights are protected by Law No. 20-00 on Industrial Property of the Dominican Republic, its implementing regulations, and subsequent amendments.

Applicable Law

Both the Terms and the Policy are governed entirely by the laws of the Dominican Republic. For any claim, dispute, or controversy arising from the Terms or the Policy, the Visitor agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the National District, Dominican Republic.

Electronic Communications Notice

When you use the Site or send us emails, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We may communicate with you by email or post notices in the appropriate sections of the Site. You agree that all agreements and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
