Roberto Arias

With more than twelve years of experience in private equity and operational management of companies, Roberto has built his professional career executing transactions in the Dominican market. His private equity track record began at Rotunda Capital Partners, where he participated in the origination of investments in value-added distribution, education, and logistics.

Upon returning to the Dominican Republic, he founded Plataforma Capital Group, a search fund through which he acquired Analisa Laboratorio Clínico, multiplying its sales by more than 10x through institutional contracts and retail channel expansion, positioning it among the country's leading clinical laboratories.

As CEO of Arias Motors, S.A., the Group's family business, he drove sustained growth in sales and cash flow while aligning the interests of seven family branches—an experience that gave him deep understanding of the dynamics governing Dominican family businesses. He is currently transitioning toward a corporate governance role on the company's Board of Directors.

He serves as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of JMMB Bank, S.A., where he serves on the Audit, Comprehensive Risk Management, and Nominations and Compensation committees.
