José J. Armenteros

He is a civil engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in investment management for development projects and real estate assets in local and international markets. His career combines technical construction knowledge with solid financial training, enabling him to optimize fund administration and ensure efficient execution of complex projects.

In 2019, Eng. Armenteros joined the investment team at TC Latin America Partners, where he was involved in real estate investment management processes in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Chile. José has also participated in the evaluation, acquisition, and management processes of the real estate portfolios of the group's U.S. subsidiary, Terracore Capital.

Previously, Eng. Armenteros worked for Constructora GINAKA, a well-known developer in the Dominican Republic, where he directed and managed industrial, commercial, and residential real estate projects. Before that, José worked for Bouygues International on the development of Brickell City Centre in Miami, Florida, a mixed-use project totaling more than 2.5 million square feet.
