Andrés Escobar

Andrés Escobar is a Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Latitude Investments, with more than 23 years of experience in international real estate investments. His career spans institutional investment, asset management, and transaction execution across diverse real estate strategies. He brings extensive regional experience across multiple asset types, supporting Latitude's mission to develop scalable real estate platforms and generate long-term value.

Before co-founding Latitude Investments, Mr. Escobar was a Partner at TC Investment Partners, where he served as Managing Director for the Colombian market and was a member of the firm's investment committee. During his tenure at TC, he led the origination and execution of a diversified portfolio that included residential projects, healthcare facilities, digital infrastructure, and real estate credit opportunities.

Early in his career, Mr. Escobar was General Manager and Director of the real estate fund at Inverlink Estructuras Inmobiliarias, a Colombian investment platform focused on institutional real estate strategies. There he led transactions across multiple asset classes and helped define the firm's investment approach, establishing himself as a key figure in Colombia's institutional real estate market.
