This channel is established for complaints and reports related to possible typologies or conduct classified as money laundering, terrorism financing, or proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, which may be made anonymously and involve any employee or client of Latitude Investments, S.A. – Investment Fund Management Company. Reports will be submitted to the AML/CFT Compliance Committee.
Communications will be handled with appropriate confidentiality, within the framework of the law and the company’s internal procedures.
