2022
License in the Dominican Republic
TC Latin America Partners AFI (TC AFI) receives its operating license in the Dominican Republic. The firm is founded as a subsidiary of TC Investment Partners (TCIP).
2023
FCD TC RD I authorized
The Superintendency of the Securities Market notifies authorization of the TC RD I Closed-End Development Investment Fund, enabling its registration and the start of its offering process in the Dominican market.
2024
First fund approved
FCD TC RD I receives approval from the Risk Classification and Investment Limits Commission for pension funds, establishing it as a real estate investment vehicle in the Dominican Republic.
2025
Investments and transition
TC AFI makes its first investments. Succession and rebranding: Luis Santana, Andrés Escobar, and Gian Marco Di Carlo acquire control of TC AFI while maintaining participation in the TCIP platform in the U.S. Latitude Investments is born.
2026
Expanded strategies
Latitude strengthens its investment offering with private equity and private credit strategies, while continuing real estate activity in the U.S. and the Dominican Republic.
